Two-Way Traffic Sign

The TC-34 sign must be used to warn motorists who are driving on a
one-way street or highway that they are approaching a road section
where a two-way traffic flow is temporarily in operation because of
construction. This situation will mainly occur where opposing traffic has
been directed across the median of a multi-lane highway due to
construction on the other side.
